About Us
Meet Chris!
Chris comes from a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and imbued him with the sense that it isn't enough to merely perform a craft trade, but to strive to do it better than anyone else.
Chris comes from a long line of craftsmen and entrepreneurs who taught him the value of hard work and imbued him with the sense that it isn't enough to merely perform a craft trade, but to strive to do it better than anyone else.
As a young boy, he would accompany his father and uncles to jobs - not just because he enjoyed the opportunity to spend time together, but also because he loved watching things being built from the ground up. Chris's father John was a union ironworker, who built more than half of the Philadelphia sky line from the 60's all the way to his retirement in 2009.
Chris officially got his start in construction at the age of 15, when he would come with his uncle, a mason, on his job sites. He watched and worked his way up to a helper - where he learned the importance of "measure twice, cut once" and started honing his skill as a perfectionist. In all the years since, his attention-to-detail and commitment to owner satisfaction have been integral to his success in construction.
When Chris was 19, he became a member of the Philadelphia Painters Union, and started his own company called LePera Painting and Restoration. Chris ran this successful company, serving Philadelphia and the Main Line, until he moved to Myrtle Beach in 2005.
In 2006, he followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, father and uncle by creating his own company All American Restoration and Painting, LLC. Although Chris represents more than 25 years of hard work and experience of his own, he has assembled a team of skilled and seasoned industry professionals who embrace his views of uncompromised customer service, quality craftsmanship, and community involvement.
Today, AAR Stone Boutique (formerly All American Restoration and Painting, LLC) stands by the same foundation and principle's. Regardless of the stature of the client or size of the project, Chris's main goal is that every job ends with a happy owner who enjoyed the process, is completely satisfied with the product delivered, believed their thoughts and ideas were incorporated in the end-result, and felt everyone at AAR Stone Boutique was always accessible, genuine and professional.
Community involvement is extremely important to Chris. He encourages his team members to engage with local charities and programs on a personal level. From a company standpoint, AAR Stone Boutique is proud to support a wide variety of non-profit organizations, local schools and sports programs.
When not working, you are likely to find Chris working around his house, or on any one of the project cars he and his son are restoring. As a devoted father to a 14 year old son Giovanni, and a 10 year old daughter Raelea, he enjoys being active in his children's lives. In return, they play a very important role in the business - this was the first summer that Gino started working with Chris, hoping one day, to take over the company from Chris.
